    Hi WP Better Emails users,

    Please take a minute to read this, I would like you to consider some things before posting your issue.

    1. Search the previous support threads, your problem might have been already solved.
    2. Check if your issue is actually WP Better Emails related. If you have plugins that might interfere with WordPress emails, start by deactivating other plugins to see if there’s a conflict.
    3. Try to isolate your problem.
    4. Consequently, provide a descriptive topic title and an accurate description of your problem. I will not reply the “Plugin don’t work” based topics.

    Please also keep in mind that I provide this plugin for free. I develop it and try to provide support on my spare time.

    By respecting these rules, you increase your chances to find an answer and resolve your issue as well as saving me some time to develop new features.
