    Hi,

    I have installed the plugin and try to delete about 60,000 spam comments, but it always times out (which is what WP originally does, too, which is why I installed this plugin). Each time, I get rid of 100-200 comments or so. I have tried limiting the batch size to 10 using the method in the FAQ, but the result is the same. Any idea of what might be wrong? I’m running the latest version of WP and just installed the plugin.

    When you click on the Empty Spam button, does it take you to the screen that says it is processing?

    Yes, I get to a screen which says:

    Empty Spam

    The deletion process has started, please be patient. This could take several minutes. You will be automatically redirected when the process is finished.

    Then I end up on a blank screen after about a minute. During this time, spam comments are removed (I have another window open and refresh the spam count and can see the number dropping). If I refresh the blank window, it deletes comments for another minute before stopping again. I’ve currently set the window on auto-refresh every two minutes, which gets rid of comments at as teady pace, but this is of course not ideal!

    The URL to the blank page is /wp-admin/edit-comments.php?action=pw_bcsd_process&step=1&total=&_wpnonce=c78a4fd458, not sure if that means anything to you, though!

    Hmm.

    Could you tell me some of the specifications of your hosting account?
