Support » Plugin: WP2Cloud » Memory usage: CLAMAV

  • Artem,
I read your manual and you said we should dedicate up to 75% of memory to clouSE engine. I currently have clamav and spamassasin installed on my server and clamav takes up a HUGE percent of my 1.2GB memory. With both clouSE and Clamav, my server is running at over 70% on a normal day. Before I got ClouSE, I installed clamav to protect my @mail server, but should I uninstall clamav? What is your advice?

75% memory is the max that ClouSE could use, but it only will use as much as it needs. Using memory is not a problem in itself (if you got memory, it would be shame to not use it :-)), it only could be a problem if you have performance problems that stem from insufficient memory. In the latter case feel free to ping support at oblaksoft dot com and we’ll take a look.
