Shipping for Excluded Countries not appearing

HI Jeroen,

Still enjoying this plugin, but a condition came up today I cannot solve. I have three different free shipping conditions (one for each of three products) and each includes the US, but excludes Alaska and Hawaii. That’s working great.

But we had a Canadian customer who wanted to order this product, and it told him that we don’t ship to Canada, when clearly we do all the time. If I attempt to order a regular product not covered by free shipping, the order goes through just fine. It’s only when ordering one of the three free shipping products that this occurs. We’ve UNchecked the “hide other shipping methods when free shipping is available,’ so that’s not it. Our two standard methods of shipping (UPS and USPS) are both set to “Method Availability: All Countries,” and international methods for both are checked as available.

Let me know if you have any questions about how I might troubleshoot this.
