Error Log: "Table doesn't exist"

    The following error logs are building up in my root directory:

    WordPress database error Table 'x.wp_2_tpcmem_checkpoints' doesn't exist for query SELECT * FROM wp_2_tpcmem_checkpoints [...]

    I checked PHPMyAdmin and the table indeed does not exist.

    Can anyone shine any light on this?

    Note: I’m running a multisite install.
