I just now updated to 3.0.3. Let’s give it a week and see what happens.
Btw — and I never noticed this before today — if I look in my control panel at the list of backups completed, it lists them as having been done every week. But I’ve been getting the two emails (one saying files have been changed and the other with a zip file I can save) every day. Are these emails being generated by the photo slide on my home page? (http://ibnmobilite.org) Just a thought.
In any case, I’ll let you know what happens with 3.0.3. And thanks!

Up to this morning, with version 3.0.3, I was still getting daily emails. But just now, I saw your 3.0.4 become available, so I updated to it. Let’s see what happens.
I also just updated to WP 4.0.1.
Will report back in a few days.

You can also try deleting all schedules in BackUpWordPress, and then re-creating them.

Cuvelier, I have a feeling that will do it. I never realized I had three active schedules in there. I did what you suggested and now I have just one set to weekly. Merci beaucoup!

I was hoping this was fixed but, even though I corrected my schedule settings to back up the site once a week, I’m still getting an email with a site database backup file every day. I’m using version 3.0.4. Anyone else having this problem?
