I’m having this same issue. Has anyone resolved yet why some users can’t see this visibility field in the menu setting section?

I am also getting the same problem, I don’t know why plugin developer or any other person haven’t look in this issue for such a long time?
Also cannot see the visibility advanced link field when editing a menu. Glad I wasn’t alone! I am marking this plugin incompatible with the latest version of WordPress, which is 4.2.2 at the time of writing.
This is not my plugin, but the issue is the same as one many of my users have… and it was Shazdeh who came up with the solution.
You can read the Nav Menu Roles FAQ for details and see this post which should walk you through patching the plugin/theme that is conflicting with Menu Item Visibility Control.
