Integrating Co-authors plus plugin on frontend

Has anyone had any luck integrating co-authors plus on the front end of dynamicnewslite? I’m very limited in my php/html skills, and would like to add co-authors to the post meta-data. I’m assuming that the change will need to be made to the template-tags.php in the inc folder.

Would anyone mind sharing the code they used to achieve this?

FYI: This is the guide for front-end integration offered by the plugin authors, but I can’t find anything analogous to what I’m seeing in the dynamicnews files (though, that’s certainly b/c of my unfamiliarity with the code and theme conventions).
