how do i get questions to show up on my page?

    Hi Tangerine,

    Try adding the shortcode [ultimate-faqs] to whatever page you’d like to display it on.

    I did that on a test page and it is still a draft does that matter?

    I don’t think it should matter, but it’s also not something we tested, so that could be it. You created the FAQ through the FAQ menu in the sidebar?

    yes i go to create new i now have two faqs and the code on my draft tests page. The faqs themselves are also drafts.

    If i publish them does that mean they will become pages in my website, i don’t understand that part? Of course I don’t want the public to see my FAQs only on my published “real” page

    Hi Tangerine,

    If you hit publish, they shouldn’t be displayed without using the plugin shortcode, since they are a custom post type.
