Best Customer Service I have expereinced

I will admit that I usually cringe when I have an issue with a WordPress Plugin simply because support is usually lacking. I was so amazed that the author of the plugin got on Skype chat with me and did a screen share. THEN he called me back before heading out for dinner to see if the problem was resolved.

Simply amazing… The product is TOP NOTCH as well. The product is working perfectly and we are launching our Holiday product deals starting Monday to work in conjunction with this plugin..
