    Hi:

    Is it possible to have customers or agent to create a ticket by email, reply, and have attachments (then have responses posted in the tickets backend as well/archived)?

    How would a customer or agent create a ticket via email with also noting the category and priority of the ticket (so tickets automatically have a category/dept set and priority status)?

    I know OS Ticket and other do similar…

    Hi truebird.

    Just to confirm I understand what you mean, you want your users to be able to email you, where those emails will then be converted into a ticket? Along with its responses?

    If this is the case, our plugin can do this, but email collection is only available in the Pro version.

    Users can also submit tickets on your site without being logged in, and only entering their email address. You can select a default department and priority.

    We are still working on the functionality to allow you to upload any attachments to your tickets/responses.
