• Hey,

I have a wordpress site with a SSL installed, it uses cPanel/WHM and the SSL is linked to a shared IP address.

Recently Jetpack seems to have come into trouble on the site, so I disconnected it and while trying to re-connect I get the following error:

Your website needs to be publicly accessible to use Jetpack: site_inaccessible
Error Details: The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site https://domain.co.uk [IXR -32300: transport error: http_request_failed SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate]

I can’t see why reason why it fails as the SSL is valid and works on all browsers with no trouble.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

    Thanks
    Dan
