I also have this problem but only in Safari running on Mac OS X.
It works fine in Firefox and Chrome in both Mac OS and Windows.
Any ideas? (I guess aftership doesn’t monitor this foruns)

I had luck reaching out to aftership support directly…but their answers weren’t helpful. The acknowledge that aftership doesn’t display properly in Safari, and I also had an issue in Chrome and other browsers that the functionality worked with. When I clicked track to expand the dropdown that displays all the tracking details…my site page didn’t expand with it, which left the details cut off below the footer of my theme. No luck solving either of these problems..but I was told about 3 weeks ago that in a month or so they’d be releasing an update that enabled a popup window to display the tracking instead of the drop down…but still, not having it work properly in Safari is a major issue given that a lot of Mac users use it as their primary browser. So up until this point I’ve been unable to use Aftership at all on my site and I’m hoping this update does everything they say it well. Has anyone found another good way to allow package tracking directly from your website?
Firefox 36.0.1 Win7 x64 same issue
Chrome, opera works just fine
Aftership support reply:
We are aware of this error, we plan to change how our track button behaves which will also resolve this issue.
The update is targeted for end of this month.
