Feed RSS with image and insert it as Featured Image

    Hello everyone,
    I’m using this plugin for sharing RSS FEED between two websites.

    I wish that in every RSS feeds there is also Featured Image, I found several plugins that insert the image in evidence at the beginning of the text.

    I wish the website in WordPress that reads RSS feeds understand that there is an image and insert it as Featured Image.

    How could I solve?

    Suggestions?
