Structured data errors on pages

I am getting the same errors in Webmaster Tools as reported in the above thread but for pages, not posts.
e.g.
Error: Missing required field “updated”.
Error: Missing required hCard “author”.

The hatom-entries for entry-title and entry-content are OK for the page.

I have searched through the code but can’t find how to fix the errors – please advise.
