Going from Blogger to WordPress

I’ve been using Blogger on my site for a while now but I don’t like how they only support atom for syndication. I’m thinking about getting into podcasting so rss without having to go through feedburner.com would be nice. My present site is http://www.stinner.com/blog/ . I would like WordPress to look exactly like it down to the 3 columns with the Google Adsense ad and search on the right, the previous posts listed on the left. Basically, I would like a carbon copy of the site I have now plus the calendar WordPress has in it. Is this possible? I can’t figure out where to place the code for the Google AdSense and search. I would also like to change the Meta links on the left column if possible.
