I really want to help, but I do not know what is the exact problem without accessing to your site.

But the mod @jdembowski said you should not give me the access.

I’m extremely disappointing, too. Because I can not help you to figure out the problem.

I’ve replied in depth to that topic.

@allnull You seem to be under the impression that I’ve restricted you from helping your users. That’s completely not the case and my lengthy reply for that support topic should provide you with an example of how you can assist your users without doing something that is considered inappropriate.

This is a topic that comes up frequently and you can read about that from this post from January 30th, 2014.

Support Team Update for January 30th

Support for plugins and themes has always been 100% optional. Plugin authors are not obligated to provide any support at all. I’m glad that you do provide support and much thanks for that.

But asking for admin access to a site? I’m sorry but that goes too far and no author should request that. As that post makes clear, you can look, ask, ask for log data and make recommendations. But don’t log in as an admin user, that goes too far and is not appropriate.

I do know that is inappropriate to ask the admin access.

But give the user some suggestions here, tell him/her doing this or doing that, then wait his/her response for hours or days, that is just not my style.

I prefer to login in to the site, knock off the problem and tell him/her the result.

Otherwise, I am not an English native speaker, every signle post will take me very long time to look up dictionaries. And some users are not familiar with WordPress at all, they can not understand what I told them to do.

I appreciate your lengthy reply. I hope my replies can also be that long, but I have no coffee to drink and have a lot of work to do.
