Featured Image is being stretched

Not sure if this is a WordPress or Headway theme problem. The featured image is getting an inline style put on it for the width and height and I can’t figure out where it’s coming from. Look at the post at the bottom for Cleaning Tips Three here: http://bigobusinessservices.com/
Size of that image in the media library is 388 x 461. But if you view the image it’s getting stretched to 1036: http://bigobusinessservices.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/Janitorial-1036×103.jpg

The WordPress width for thumbnails is set at 350 and the Headway featured image size is set at 350 as well. So where is the 1036 coming from? Any help is appreciated.
