@cliff – Lets start by having you temporarily deactivate any other plugins you may be using, then test the site again to see if it works.

The next thing I’d have you do is to switch themes to something like Twenty-Fourteen, or any of the other stock themes that comes bundled with WordPress. Once you do that, try installing NextGEN and see if that helps. Thanks.

    Hi Drew,

    Thank you for your advice.

I installed a WP instance on Microsoft Web Matrix on my laptop and load up NextGEN. I did exactly what you said. I realized it was the Theme because when I switch to WP stock themes, like Twenty-Fourteen, it works. This WP instance have no other Plug-ins.

Based on your exp, do you know what i need to look for in the theme to fix this? Is there a place in WP where i can see if there’s any error code to give me an idea on where the problem is?

    Thanks!

@cliff – Okay, thanks for letting us know. You’d ideally need to get in touch with the theme developer, as they will be able to see the interaction between the plugin and their code – they’re definitely best suited to help with the theme they built.
