Request: Points half-life

    Would it be possible to create a halflife for points, so they expire at a configurable time after they were earned?

    I’d like points to last 3 months, then bleed off. So today, I earn 5 points for logging in. Tomorrow I earn 5 points for logging in. 3 months from today the 5 points I earned expire, and 3 months from tomorrow those points expire bringing me back to zero.

    Is that possible?

    I’m sorry I haven’t had a chance to add this feature yet. It is still on my to-do list, though. I do have a module that will reset the points, but not one that causes them to decay like this yet.

    I know that I won’t have time to add this feature for at least a few months. But I think it will be relatively easy to do, so I will make it one of the next projects after that. I’ll be sure to post back here with any updates.
