Create accounts but don't send notification

Hi Chris,

Thanks for your work on this plugin – looks like just what I’m after.

Is there a way to Run and create accounts but NOT send the newly registered users notification? I’m guessing I just remove line 107 in edd-attach-accounts-to-orders.php then go with ‘Run and Create’ option?

My reasoning is that I have thousands of existing guest users, some quite old by now (ie they purchased a plugin ages ago). I think it would be odd and possibly alarming for them to suddenly receive the newly registered email from my site, out of the blue. But none the less I still do want the accounts created so they’re there if ‘guest’ users want to retrieve their purchase history, get support etc down the track. I figure they can always use the ‘forgot password’ to get the password if/when they try to log in.

PS The link to the GitHub repo in Other Notes section of your readme is incorrect. Also I think it could be helpful to have a clearer description of this plugin – I had to look at the code and install it to understand/confirm what its meant to do. Hope you don’t mind the suggestion. 🙂
