[Beta 1.0beta1] Plugin causes white screen of death in PHP 5.4

    I recently moved my site from a server that was running PHP 5.3 to one running PHP 5.4, and got the WSOD.

    The site went back to normal when I deactivated wp-tiles, so this is problematic.

    The funny thing is that the test site I built everything on two months ago was running PHP 5.4 and it worked fine there, and it was fine on the main server that was it was running on for the past month (under PHP 5.3)

    So why it stopped working on a new server also running PHP 5.4 is a mystery.

    Any idea what I could try? I like wp-tiles, but for the moment, I cannot use it on the site on my new server

    Hi @fpmsummer,

    Sorry to hear that – and strange! My development machine is running PHP5.4, so if anywhere, that’s where WP Tiles should run!

    Did you get the wsod everywhere, or only on pages that displayed WP Tiles?

    If you can, please enable WP_DEBUG in wp-config.php and reload the site with WP Tiles. Then you should get some error messages together with the white screen.
