Function acf_qtranslate_monkey_patch causing troubles

    Hello, thanks for this great plugin.

    I’m working with ACF5 and mqTranslate. When activating your plugin the following error occurs:
    Notice: Undefined index: js in acf-qtranslate/acf-qtranslate.php on line 40
    Notice: Undefined index: js in acf-qtranslate/acf-qtranslate.php on line 41
    Notice: Undefined index: qtrans_hook_on_tinyMCE in acf-qtranslate/acf-qtranslate.php on line 46
    Notice: Undefined index: qtrans_hook_on_tinyMCE in acf-qtranslate/acf-qtranslate.php on line 47

    There is a function called acf_qtranslate_monkey_patch which is causing this error to appear.

    After commenting this function, everything worked well. It seems it does not have any dependency.

    Please consider it if you have the chance to update your plugin.
