Can't change Sender name in From box

Hello,

I can’t change Sender name. I’m using Mail to receive the enquiry and Mail(2) to send an e-mail to the sender to say we have received the enquiry, the problem is I can’t change the sender.

In the e-mail enquiry I see:
From mí <em>[ redacted, support is not offered via email, Skype, IM etc. only in the forums ]</em>
when it should be the name of the person who did the enquiry and in the e-mail sent by Mail(2) part I see:
From Info Sierra&Sol when I have set in the contact form part Mail (2):

To: [your-email]
From: Information <em>[ redacted, support is not offered via email, Skype, IM etc. only in the forums ]</em>
Subject: Enquiry sent to Sierra&Sol
Additional headers: Reply-To:

I tried in part Mail (2) From with:

But nothing changes, always I receive the e-mail with Sender:
`Info Sierra&Sol
and I know I’m using the correct contact form because I change another things and I see the changes but no with the Sender.

zaida@sierraysol.com is who has created the contact form but It shouldn’t be problem.
