Button Image Not Working

Good morning

LOVE this plugin and it’s testing well. However, when I try to use an image for the button, it’s not displaying correctly. My short code is

But I see a large green button ( below an image of the button I really want): http://www.dogsnaturallymagazine.com/offers/archive-offer/

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I do have OptimizePress on the site and I wonder if that is the problem with the shortcode?
