• Looks really promising, and I’ll buy a license, but I’m running into serious problems. It installed fine, but I could not activate. Then I deactivated all other plugins, which allowed me to activate Master Slider. But the Master Slider menu selection does not appear — there’s no way to create a new slide. I can get to Settings, but not to the main menu item to create / edit slides. I don’t get it. I have to move on unless you can provide a solution.

  • I have a similar issue – just tried to install Master Slider (as it looks very promising) and will most likely buy the PRO version but right now although the plugin activates – only the ‘Master Slider -> settings’ option seems to do anything reliably.

The other option, Master Slider -> Master Slider did one time show a grid of sample options and a custom option which I selected but then nothing just a blank panel was displayed and since then all I get is a blank panel (even if i deactivate and reactivate the plugin).

    Hello,

I have the plugin installed IPAID FOR IT, then when i try to activate my lincense the ACTIVATE LINCENSE button make nothing at all………..like it does’nt work, i have to activate it to let it update automatic…. but i can creat the sliders.. mine is for WORDPRESS not touch slider

It’s look like I have same problem. Yesterday everything works, but today I have only settings in my menu. No way to add or edit sliders…

    Great slider!
but I hve been trying for hours to add my pictures instead. I read instruction saying to clck on add slide. it does add blanc slides and I do not find any way to show my pictures, uploaded in library.
Also I dont find the “smart preloading explain on the website.
it is advertized for EXTREMELY user friendly?
please explain how to do this for beginners.
    thanks.

I finally found out that you have to click on background that in fact is the picture you choose to upload it in the slider!!!!(I thought it was a background color and overlook it for 4 hours. there should be an explanation for this somewhere but beside this tremendous loss of time for a beginner, it’s a great slider. thanks!

@ktyak and michaelnorth we are glad you like Master Slider this much, about your issue maybe it is a plugin confilict so please try to deactivate all the plugin to see weather it solves the issue or not also it would be better to switch back to default theme as well maybe this comes from you theme.
@olivercad since you already bought the Pro version please use our support forum there our staff there can help you better and very faster than here.
