    As with any free plugin, revert to default WordPress theme w/ no other plugins, and test to see if the issue can be reproduced.

    Given that we extensively test and know this will work, you can then slowly reintroduce plugins one by one until the problem occurs.

    At that point you’ll know the conflict, can update us here and we’ll be happy to advise further.
