• Hi,

I have created a wordpress site for my client so they can manage it themselves. A certain group of employees makes use of the category page to get information on a weekly basis (it only displays posts from 1 category), with only 1 person updating it.

They need a permanent link at the top of the page to a file that changes weekly, though the link does not. It looks like this:

Title
weekly schedule
post…
post…
post…

So, I was going to put the link to that file in my category.php. I was thinking I could link to schedule.doc, then the person managing the file could upload it and overwrite the old version each week. The only problem is, this person is not tech savvy at all and resists learning even wordpress. I can’t make them learn FTP (not to mention they’d screw something up for sure). Is there a way from the WP admin where a user can view a file and upload a new version? Does my question make sense?
