Show post count by author by week

Greetings,

I’m trying to display the following information but have it pulled automatically on a page or post. Preferably a page.

I want the week, number of posts by author (published and/or pending/draft).

That information should update automatically as well. Say someone goes in and changes the date of an article to another week. That number would change by itself through some sort of PHP.

07/07/14 – 07/11/14: James Hobbs (7 – Published)
07/14/14 – 07/18/14: James Hobbs (1 – Published)
07/21/14 – 07/25/14: James Hobbs (1 – Published), David Miyake (2 – Pending; 1 – Draft), James Holm (1 – Pending)
07/27/14 – 08/01/14: James Hobbs (4 – Published), Craig Lueken (1 – Pending)
08/04/14 – 08/08/14: James Hobbs (3 – Draft), Fred Amari (5 – Pending), William Wallace (1 – Draft), Mike Cohn (1 – Pending)
08/11/14 – 08/15/14: Fred Amari (1 – Pending), Kyle Heinz (1 – Pending)

Does anyone know how to accomplish this somehow?
