Link Text width varies?

I love this plugin but I’m having a small issue when I use it in 2 footer areas next to each other. The first column only shows the link highlight when you hover over the first word of the post title. The second column shows the link when any of the words in the title are hovered.

Is there a Title number of words setting somewhere. Any help would be appreciated.
