Additional Section Under a Post?

Hey there!

I’m looking to add a section directly under a post. For example, if you look at this article (http://nefariousrealm.com/homenew/?p=20628). I have the main article, then for comments Disqus has their own section – divided from the main article. How do I create that, a new box/section below the post or below Disqus? Is there a plugin(s) for this?
