2.1.3 tinymce broken link box

tinymce in the latest version of WordPress (2.1.3) has a broken hyperlink box. If I attempt to create a link, a blank dialog box pops up. Other js type pop up boxes within the rich text editor work ok.

Replacing the tinymce directory in 2.1.3 with the one from WP version 2.1.2 solves the problem.
