“the best” is 100% subjective. No one can tell you what is the best becuase what you want your site to look like and work like will be different to how someone else wants their site. That’s why there’s so many different themes out there – people all need something different.
It will be something that you’ll need to figure out for yourself. Look at what each one offers and see if you need something that isn’t given by that theme.

That’s just something you’ll need to do research yourself on. It’s all subjective and if people started replying with “This theme!” or “that theme!” then I’d shut this topic down because of the spam it would invite. I may yet do so. 😉

The only viable suggestion as mentioned above is for you to approach commercial eCommerce them providers and have a conversation outside of these forums. As catacaustic said you really need to figure it out yourself.
