    Hello!,
    I’m facing an issue:
    By using this plugin,”Recent Posts Widget Extended”, that shows a preview of certain posts in my sidebar, in the preview of the post, it shows the span line instead of the traslated text.
    <span lang =”it”>Il MIO TESTO QUI </span> (il mio testo qui mean my text here).

    it does happen only for posts that r not originally written in english (default).

    How to solve the issue and have the line traslated in the widget’s post preview????

    Help is welcome.

    At the same time, but it does not concern the mentioned issue above, if i enable the translation of permalinks in the plugin settings page, i got as result missing categories when i switch to another language than the default ones.

    First, don’t enable permalink translations, this feature is quite broken and can only be used if you know what you are doing.

    regarding that, please check to see if the code includes a “the_title()” function where it should have been “the_title_attribute()”

    Where should i look for this difference between “the_title()” and “the_title_attribute()”????

    Hi,

    You should not look for the difference, just replace the wrong function with the right one when it is used inside attribute fields,
