• Hey everyone!
So I was updating my website to 4.0 (I’m not sure what version it was on before) but an error message came up after a little bit. Then the website had the message that said something about being in Maintenance Mode and now it’s just a blank page. I can’t access the admin page at all.
I know one way of fixing this issue is to delete the .maintenance file but I don’t have FTP information to do this. I also can’t find the FTP access information because I can’t go to the admin page.
I don’t know much about how any of this works, but any help is greatly appreciated.
    Thank you so much!

    Also, the website is aasa.gatech.edu

  • Without FTP access, this sounds like a time when you are going to need to reach out to your hosting company for some support. Hopefully they can provide you FTP information or at the very least a link to your cpanel area so you can create an FTP account and get your site back online.
