Feeds to post addon not importing items

I have been having trouble with the importing of rss items when using the Feeds to posts addon. I was able to import the feed items initially when I first used the WP RSS Aggregator.

I have sent my query and system info directly through the contact form on the WP RSS Aggregator website on at least three separate occasions but I am yet to here a reply.

Is there a checklist of things to look at to troubleshoot this issue?
