speed up wordpress dashboard/admin

    Hi all

    I notice on my shared hosting provider, when I try to open wp-admin, add plugin, add media and all of dashboard it took a long time to load

    Compare to my vps it fast to load on dashboard

    Is there a way to speed up on dashboard?

    I contact my hosting provider and they say they add some patches to my account

    Oh ya, I mention again that I have error when I want to add new theme and plugin.
    After the patch It fast and work ok.

    So if you have the same problem with me on you hosting provider, contact them.
