• Hello There,

    I am getting “ILLEGAL_SIGN” error.
    I am using following:
Alipay For WooCommerce – Version 1.2.1
    WordPress – 3.8.1
    WooCommerce – Version 2.0.20

I can not upgrade Woocommerce version becuase i have done lots of customization.

Note: I am using qTranslate (2.5.39) and qTranslate support for WooCommerce (1.0.4 ) for translation as i have my website in two languages.

I have also tried “Use form submission method” and it did not work. Please help.

    Hi, I’ve tried with WP 3.8.1 + WC2.0.20 and my plugin 1.2.1, I can’t reproduce the error.

So are you having an account at alipay.com instead of global.alipay.com?
What is the the url slug of your checkout page? Form what I know if the url contains non-english character, the illegal_sign error occurs when using GET method. This bug has been fixed in the latest version but I haven’t encounter this problem with POST method.

This plugin is not tested with qTranslate, I’m not sure if there is a issue with that.

Thanks for the reply. I have deactivated the qTranslate plugin and then tried to buy an item. It shows “SELLER_NOT_EXIST” error.

    My account is on https://b.alipay.com/newIndex.htm

You mean that the account needs to be on http://global.alipay.com/ ?

SELLER_NOT_EXIST means your account info is incorrect, please double check and also make sure the service you selected is enabled for your alipay account.
The account is supposed from https://b.alipay.com/newIndex.htm.
