The plugin stops-core-theme-and-plugin-updates/Function.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.

Try reinstalling the plugin. One of use must of accidentally removed the function.php for a moment.

I am going to mark this as resolved as it was fixed a week and a half ago. If you reinstall the plugin, it will be fixed.
