Fix warning: PHP Notice: Undefined property: hyperdb::$dbh2host in wp-db.php

    Hi,

    Is it possible to fix these warnings from spamming my log (they come from wp-includes/wp-db.php but are caused by hyperdb):

    [21-Oct-2014 23:05:40 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined property: hyperdb::$dbh2host in /srv/www/htdocs/HOST/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 638

    [21-Oct-2014 23:05:40 UTC] PHP Notice: Indirect modification of overloaded property hyperdb::$dbh2host has no effect in /srv/www/htdocs/HOST/wp-content/db.php on line 604

    There are hundreds of these per minute.
