image upload not working

    since regnerate thumbnail stopp working, i got an error message whenever i try to upload a new image.

    if i change the theme everything is working fine.
    switch back to hueman – error after upload

    the image is in the database, but i have to open my media gallery once more to see the image. its not really comfortable.

    any ideas ?
