non-live chat popup plugin

Hello!

I have recently been looking at the http://www.photobooksrus.bigcartel.com website, and appreciated their “Contact us!” plugin. However, it requires the setup of an account and the availability of live chat. We don’t require the live chat, and would only like the pop up box that permits users to leave a message. Our website currently has a contact form, but it requires browsers to go to the specific page and complete a number of field to get in touch (this helps us to provide them with an accurate quote). So, what we need is something like the Oracle “Contact us!” plugin – without the live chat feature.

I know that there are a number of contact form plugins, and live chat plugins available for WordPress, though, we need something ‘in between’.

Please help suggest any plugin that allows users to see a “Contact us!” tab in the bottom of screen, that when they click it, opens a small contact form for customers to leave a message and contact details.

Any helps would be appreciated.
