Authentication pop-up when submitting contact form

Hello! I’m having an issue currently where my contact form page is requesting authentication VIA a pop-up when trying to submit. This doesn’t seem to happen with CF7, but rather the built in contact form with my theme, which is the SuperNova Theme.

I’ve looked all over, and I’m not seeing anything. Any ideas, folks? Thanks a bunch.
