This plugin helps me to enable HTTPS on my site using CloudFlare Flexible SSL. However, I have akismet enabled and on every page I see an error similar to following:

[blocked] The page at 'https://www.virendrachandak.com/techtalk/' was loaded over HTTPS, but ran insecure content from 'http://www.virendrachandak.com/techtalk/wp-content/plugins/akismet/_inc/form.js?ver=3.0.2': this content should also be loaded over HTTPS.

you should probably grab one of the https forcing plugins that try to ensure that assets are loaded using https. This plugin doesn’t handle that level of complexity.

Your plugin needs to be loaded as an MU to work… experienced similar problem with All in One SEO Pack…

Telling people to use another plugin is silly as WordPress HTTPS (SSL) basically does what yours does (and more). Note: the more part is why I chose yours

Yep, I get what you’re saying, but that’s exactly it – if you need more functionality, use another plugin. If you simply need to flick the ssl() switch, this does the trick without any extra weight.

The problem is about the order that WordPress loads plugins, the Akismet plugin was loaded before CloudFlare flexible SSL initiated. You can try to change the plugin loading order by using another plugin.
