How do I get my shop page to just list the categories (and not the products)?

At the moment, it is listing random products below and above the text – I have no idea why that is. According to my page setup, all the products shuld be above the text.

Anyway, I do not want to show my products on this page, just the 8 categories in a 4 x 2 format.

How do I do this?
