    Hi.
    I need to move my wordpress sites to a new host.
    I’ve found a video on you tube using “wordpress move” plugin.
    However, if the new address will be the same as the old address (that I can not delete ’till finished) how do I get in the new site to upload the plugin?
    Or is there an easier way?

    A plugin can make it easy, but you don’t really need one. Your new host should be able to give you a temporary IP to use with FTP. See Moving WordPress « WordPress Codex.

    Hi.
    I’ve imported the site but not able to get it visible.
    The support people are trying to help, but they speak in an experienced way and I don’t understand it. I need an Idiots guide.

    The latest reply has sent my to a thread on here from 5 years ago, that says
    “/wp-includes/pomo/mo.php
    wordpress is looking for this file and can’t find it – upload it”

    Where do I find it? I’ve looked in the original file, can’t see it there. can I make one?

    Well, you can download WordPress and upload the file with ease.
