• Dear w3tc team,

    I’m using your plugin for a clients site http://www.atlanticrack.com , in the past 3 days website has crashed 2 times. Disabled Page cache and website hasn’t crashed ever since, we are using hostmonster’s VPS and we are willing to pay for professional set up for the server optimization and plugin configuration, we need this resolved and improve page load time. I would appreciate a soon response.

  • Email is the official support channel for the product, we can be reached through the Support tab. As for your 500 errors, you’ll need to review the server error logs for insight on that.

    There’s a red Support link in W3 Total Cache (on your site, in your WordPress Dashboard when the plugin is active where you can contact us with bug reports, to order configuration service, and to suggest a new feature.
