Masonry layout not working

Bought NGG and paid extra for Plus. Have installed and activated according to your instructions. Selected masonry layout for thumbnails but it just displays them as a standard image grid – like what WP itself would do.

I hunted around for links to tutorials on your site and found that quite a challenge. You should have a top level menu link for tutorials and instructions. Even a link in the WP admin under NGG to usage instructions and tuts would be good but I didn’t see that either.

I followed it and still does not display masonry.

This on top of NGG not being fully responsive I discovered. I am not impressed at all. You toot 11,000,000 downloads yet this is what you deliver when people buy it?

Lets get some input and fixes here please ASAP. I need to know that what I paid for and what you say it will do is true. Does not appear so.
