Adding a portfolio page

Hi guys,

I have tried navigating the current forums and cannot find a solution to my problem. I am new to WP and wanted to know how to add a page to appear in my menu called ‘portfolio’ (which I have done) but then be able to add external link, almost like a directory to other companies/websites. Basically show my work to potential clients visiting the site. It would be great if I could add the company image, weblink, contact info to it.
