    Hi. This usually happens when the user does not have permission to upload. If this is indeed the problem then you can use a role management plugin to give users the upload capability.

    Hello,

    I don’t even have permission (admin) to (normally) upload into FrontEnd Publishing.

    Let me explain. I can upload media files while using the FrontEnd Publishing plugin. That’s no issue. The issue is adding them to the text block (Content area) within FrontEnd Publishing while in visual mode. I have had (some) success inserting images into the Content area while “Text mode”.

    The main hold back in adding images to the Content area within FrontEnd Publishing is that the blue “Insert Button” won’t function/depress, even while in admin mode in visual editing. The button will function (some of the time) while in text editing mode letting me inset media/pics.

    I can, however, add media/pics to the Content area within the stock WP Post function (Subscriber level up).
